Once again I’ll be running the Great North Run this year on Sunday 9th September. I’m running it with my friend Marcus Dearns and we’re aiming to raise as much money as possible for Sunshind and Smiles - a fantastic charity which provides help and support to children and young people with Down Syndrome living in and around Leeds. I’m aiming to improve on my personal best time of 1 hour 29 minutes from last year, and any donations or messages of support will be greatly appreciated. Thanks :)
