About

Our team of 5 supporters will be tackling a 21 mile challenge, walking from Aberaeron to Lampeter on 28th April. We will be raising much needed funds for the small charity The Shared Earth Trust at Denmark Farm Conservation Centre near Lampeter in West Wales. The team consists of: Aline, Jon, Guy, Sioned and Mara. For the past five or six years funding for environmental and conservation work has become increasingly harder to secure and Denmark Farm is now in a near critical financial situation. The unique little nature reserve is vitally important for so much wildlife, as well as being a special place for many people who need to reconnect with nature. Thirty years plus of restoring biodiversity to the 40 acres is a fantastic achievement and we'd like that to be able to continue for the foreseeable future. 100% of the proceeds from this challenge event will be ploughed back into managing the 40 acre nature reserve and enabling us to connect more people with nature through our education and volunteer programmes. Specifically we will spend these funds on organising volunteer activities and training events. Please support us by donating as little as £2. Thank you / Diolch yn Fawr
