About the appeal

We are looking to raise £10,000 as the next step in building our path out of Frome towards Great Elm. We have technical challenges in getting up the slope towards the railway, but when we complete this section, it will connect Frome with Spring Gardens.

How the funding will be spent
We will need funds to explore the options for creating a path up the slope, as well as for the materials and labour for building it.

How this will benefit the community
Fromes Missing Links are raising funds to complete a traffic-free path between Radstock to Frome and the Missing Link is a 3 miles stretch from the village of Great Elm to Whatcombe Fields in Frome. Construction of this cycleway will be a major benefit to the local community because people of all ages and abilities will be able to walk, ride, run or wheel into the countryside without fear of traffic or steep hills.
