Many and varied activities and opportunities to participate in, learn new skills, make friends and reduce isolation, build self confidence and reduce anxiety, depression and be part of a welcoming and nurturing community. helping those with learning disabilities to lead more independent lives by developing life skills and community participation. Working towards building employability skills for the unemployed by practical participation in meaningful, creative activity and raising aspirations.

Our impact on the communityThis year alone 46 people with mental health issues have reported positive feelings of self worth and purpose. 27 people who have been longterm unemployed have learned new transferable skills. 5 have got paid jobs, 3 volunteering posts with other organisations, 1 now self employed and 2 taking further training to go into caring for others because of their positive experiences with us. 35 carers have enjoyed "me time" experiencing all kinds of arts and crafts, therapeutic relaxation techniques.
