Awareness Adult ADHD Sponsored Walk

We run weekly and monthly support groups as well as workshops for Adults that either have a diagnosis of ADHD or who are currently waiting for diagnosis .We also encourage family members to engage which enables an understanding and somewhere they can obtain advice .

Why they need our service

Unique Adult ADHD Surrey is currently the only support available to adults and their family members within Surrey .Support is essential in managing ADHD ,our support groups and workshops provide a fantastic opportunity for like minded people to come together .

Plan and expected results

Unique Adult ADHD Surrey has 200+ members and the numbers are growing with awareness and referral's from other agencies .The current project will help to fund a small film project to raise a positive awareness and promote a way forward with hope and acceptance. The project will help to educate people about Adult ADHD this we hope will reduce the stigma that has become attached to this Neurodevelopmental Disorder which affects 1 in 5 .
