10 Y Fan is a challenge which takes place once a year to raise money for your selected charity. This year we have 4 fantastic supporters who are taking on the challenge in aid of Age Connects Morgannwg. 10 Climbs, 24 Hours, 1 Cause.

Why they need our service

Age Connects Morgannwg are about older people getting the help they want, when they want it. We work to ensure that those who are vulnerable and at risk are kept safe. We empower older people to be heard, to have choice and control, so they don't feel isolated or discriminated against and that they receive the support and services they need. Our work is driven by what older people say matters most to them and their voices are at the heart of all that we do.

Plan and expected results

From the money raised from this challenge, and the time and efforts will help support local older people, especially those who are vulnerable, isolated, and in poverty, who depend on our services.

What your gift could provide

Allows ACM to visit an older person in their own home twice a month.

Allows ACM to provide 30 minutes of activities in a care home.

Allows ACM to provide half a day of activities for isolated older people.
