Age Connects Morgannwg is a non-profit charity that supports older people across RCT, Merthyr Tydfil and Bridgend. We're about older people getting the help they want, when they want it. Our work is driven by what older people say matters most to them. Every hour given, every pound donated makes a difference to people's lives and with the support of our funders, public donations, our staff, and volunteers, we can improve the lives of the poorest, isolated & lonely older people in the community.
