AMA is a social entreprise and disabled people led organisation which seeks to enable people of all abilities but especially those with impairments to enjoy and benefit from Martial Arts. We run outreach programmes in schools, community centres and leisure facilities, engaging disabled people, their families, carers and friends in positive, health promoting activity. All sessions are risk assessed, insured and staff first aid and safeguarding trained.
