Providing support and care to adults going through difficult times

We help adults dealing with issues like relationship breakdown, unemployment, long term illness, bereavement, addiction, loneliness amongst others. 75% of those we meet have mental health issues. We help by providing a one to one listening/counselling service, running weekly drop-ins, providing workshops and signposting to other agencies. Our aim is to help clients move forward in their lives whilst creating a community of supportive acceptance.

Volunteers needed

We would like more volunteers to listen to clients (one to one and in groups, training is given), be on our Management Committee and help with administration and accountancy.
