Supporting the angling community within the Norfolk Broads Catchment

The company's activities will provide benefit to…The angling community within the Norfolk Broads Area, by:
1) Improving access to angling resources
2) Developing and improving community communication
3) Providing education and learning opportunities
4) Improving the environment.

The delivery of the above will also benefit the wider community, in that improved access and environments for anglers are also used by walkers, birdwatchers, kayakers and for general leisure activities.

Volunteers needed

Broads Anglers have seen a number of challenges on top of this year’s pandemic, the statutory bodies approach to cyprinid fish with Hoveton fish barriers. The first legal test of Broad’s riparian rights coming in November, let alone the share volume of visitors this summer, which ended in late Sep/Oct with a nasty tidal surge. Just to remind us of the risks. If you have time on your hands and want to help shape the future of Broads Angling in the 21st Century, with some sound marketing and branding experience, we would welcome your help in joining a steering group to progress this.
