Empowering and equipping young women with skills and knowledge. Pathway to Sucess mentoring programme gives girls the opportunity to be connected to a positive role model. Through monthly mentoring sessions and bi-monthly skills development workshops, young women will increase their personal skills and gain support to successfully transition from education to university or work. This will be done by improving their understanding of career opportunities and ensuring they receive a higher quality of work experience.

Why they need our service

During a year-long mentoring relationship, each mentor will inspire, empower and advise their mentee to think bigger and fulfil their education or career aspirations. We are passionate about the Pathway to Success and committed to creating a platform that delivers outcomes for mentors and mentees. We will provide clear structure and training to maintain quality, momentum and support.

Plan and expected results

The programme will require a 1-year commitment on both sides. Our recommendation is that the mentees connect on-line or off-line at least once a month for at least an hour with their mentor. We recruit mentors throughout the year, however, launch the programme once a year. The mentees attend 6 skills development sessions, 12 mentoring sessions and 6 mentors/ mentees networking events over the course of the year.

Working alongside the Marketing Trustee and Social Media manager to implement the BelEve Marketing Strategy. Influencing all brand communications, our social content, the of development social campaigns, and PR relations. This team ensures the brand amplifies a consistent message across all external channels.
