Bude Pilot Gig Club aims to bring the fantastic sport of gig rowing to as many people as possible ! We have members of all ages (currently - youngest 10, oldest 69), our teams range from Juniors (under 14 and under 16's) through Adults, Vets (40+) and Supervets (50+). Rowing can be a real family affair with races including Juniors, Ladies and Men ! We train at the lakes, and on the sea, take part in community events, have strong links with local schools and race around Cornwall and Devon
Why the community needs usWe are a welcoming club that offer sport and leisure opportunities to all, regardless of age, sex or fitness . Gig rowing encourages team spirit, health, and fitness, whilst using our natural resources and linking to our seafaring heritage.
