The Camrose Centre Basingstoke is a part of Basingstoke Voluntary Action, a company limited by guarantee no. 3802713, charity registered in England & Wales, no. 1077442. Camrose operates all year round in the Glebe Hall attached to St Michael's Church in Basingstoke Town Centre. It welcomes adults over 18 and is open from 10 am to 2 pm Tuesdays & Thursday, and 10 am to 12.30 pm. Fridays (for homeless people only) providing a continuous self-service breakfast and a hot lunch.
Why the community needs usOur objective is to offer an enabling environment, promoting fulfilling, healthy lifestyles and ongoing support to empower our clients to make lasting positive changes. We regularly have drop ins from other agencies addressing a broad range of matters including financial support, family and relationships, physical and mental healthalcohol and substance misuse, employment, and emotional wellbeing.We have an amazing team who manage to cater for up to forty people per session, week in week out.
