South Denbighshire Community Partnership known locally as Canolfan Ni is a not for profit company & a registered charity in the town of Corwen, North Wales. The purpose and aims of South Denbighshire Community Partnership is that of promoting benefit to the inhabitants of South Denbighshire. Our aim is to provide facilities and activities for all inhabitants of all ages of South Denbighshire to enable the inhabitants to enjoy and have access to additional services and activities in the area.
Why the community needs usBy working with the local community and listening to their views we aim to provide additional access to services and activities within the local community for those to enjoy new and different experiences and enable those who need assistance and guidance to additional service organisations available to them.
Our impact on the communitySouth Denbighshire have over the past 6 months provided access to various activities for local youth activities and elderly social groups, we also provide access to other services at our community center Canolfan Ni, we also provide to facility of Bws Ni as means of community transport for the South of Denbighshire which is available to hire for community groups and we also provide community transport to activities organised by South Denbighshire Community Partnership.
