We want to ensure that carers and people with care needs in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire and West London have access to the information and practical assistance and support that will help them in their caring role and their day to day lives.
Why the community needs usWe provide respite breaks for carers and high quality personal care services to the people they care for. We also provide additional support services within the community. For example, our singing groups for people with dementia - 'In Tune'.
Our impact on the communityOver the last year we have supported 700 families across Buckinghamshire, Milton Keynes and West London. We have provided much needed respite, meaning that these carers have been able to look after their own well-being. Ultimately, this means that they will be able to continue in their caring role for longer.
