The Central England Concert Band, formed in the 1980's, is a warm and welcoming community ensemble who perform at various concerts and events throughout the year and is available for events. We are always looking to encourage new members to join. We play a wide range of repertoire. including film music, hits from the musicals, marches, and more established wind band repertoire. Not only do members experience the delight of making good music but appreciate the social aspect among members.
Why the community needs usThe band plays at fundraising events, brings music to the community at bandstands in the summer. plays seasonal concerts and supports local charities. We aim to help people enjoy and appreciate music.
