Why the community needs usWe are a community choir who welcome singers and orchestral players to take part in an inclusive environment where making music is enjoyed and new skills learned and developed. We put on a diverse range of musical shows from choral pieces to West End shows. Our shows are very popular and nearly always sell out. Our social activities also allow members to make new friends.
Our impact on the communityOur choir has 150 members who all take part in at least two shows a year. We teach our members new techniques which allows them to learn as the rehearsals go on, improving their musical ability and confidence in new skills. Audiences range between 100 to 400 depending on the show and venue. We receive a strong level of positive feedback from our attendees. We provide the only opportunity for our attendees to experience these shows as we are the only music group in the village and keep prices low
