Preventative Education,Treatment & Recovery from Addictions & Attachments.

We offer a choice of holistic interventions for prevention, treatment and recovery from addictions and attachments. The charity also provide a range of preventative education services which benefit the mental health and well-being of children, adults and families through training in meditation and mindfulness techniques and related practices.

Why the community needs us
Children, young people and families will learn practical self-help skills to manage distractions break cycles of negative thoughts and overcome problems themselves. Benefits include less stress and anxiety, improved concentration, listening skills, behaviour and family relationships. The techniques will also help increase self-esteem and confidence and the ability to learn and train towards meaningful employment. The community will benefit with a reduction in anti-social behaviour and addictions

Our impact on the community
Hundreds of children, young people and families have managed to improve their mental health and well-being and now lead healthier lifestyles. We have also helped over 2000 individuals overcome substance misuse and now in full recovery.
