New Kitchen and Accessible Toilet for our Library

A project by Friends of Freshwater Library

Working with our local parish council to help project manage the building work and fitting out of the kitchen and toilet ... and contribute £5000 of our funds to the cost ...

Why they need our service

To provide a clean, modern kitchen for our library employees and volunteers to have comfortable rest periods and refreshment while working their shifts ... also to provide an up-to-date toilet accessible to wheelchair users and furnished with baby-changing facilities ...

Plan and expected results

The new kitchen allows us to host more events with up to 70 people, providing refreshment in a spacious and hygenic environment ... our volunteers to have a comfortable place for rest and refreshment ... and the toilet now enables access for wheelchair users plus baby changing facilities ...
