To promote a healthy active lifestyle through participation in Gaelic Football and Games, Running and Walking, Underage blitz competitions and Social events. We aim to give members a sense of achievement and pride and belonging to our club.We encourage young people to participate in volunteering activities to help them develop their personal skills, gain recognized awards and improve their lives and the lives of others in the community.
Why the community needs usHenry Joy McCracken GAC aspires to be at the heart of the local community providing high quality Gaelic coaching to 13 teams (Underage and Senior) male and female We host Mental Health awareness classes and encourage social interaction through bringing people together by giving them an outlet to meet and socialise during matches and fundraising events.
Our impact on the communityMembers come from different religious and social backgrounds volunteering at all levels in our club as players,parents committee serving officer's and coaches. We work to break down social barriers and we welcome everybody. We strive to promote community interaction and interest in Health,Well-being & Sport and we hope to raise sufficient funds to develop or club facilities,for the benefit of generations to come.
