Why the community needs usTo promote the benefit of those persons who live in the [old] Holborn Ward of the London Borough of Camden and its neighbourhood […], without distinction of race, national origin, sex, physical or mental ability or of political, religious or other opinions.To advance education and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and leisure-time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for these inhabitants.
