Here at Just the Job our Work Teams are made up of individuals of varying abilities, including those with learning disabilities, physical impairments and mental health issues. They provide a gardening service, logs for sale and horticultural produce to the local community. Just the Job gives our Members the opportunity to develop in a safe, supportive and positive environment, enhancing their work skills, life skills and social skills, through work, education and social activities.

Just the Job is the only organisation of this type in the Richmond area providing a wide range of opportunities for individuals to work and engage in practical work-based skills activities.
