Love Streatham exists for the benefit of the Streatham community. We are a group of people from a range of local churches who want to share God's love for the people of Streatham. We care about our community and want to bring about positive change We have a range of initiatives going and we hope to expand these. We look out for those in need by helping residents in practical way such as gardening, painting and some community events including an open-air carol service and family fun day

Why the community needs us
Streatham Churches Join Together to Create a Welcoming Family Fun Day on Streatham Common! This event is run by the collaboration of 9 local churches to provide a FREE opportunity for the community to come together, enjoy working with each other and meeting new people. Everyone enjoys bouncy castles, face painting, bungee run, giant inflatable slides, penalty shoot out, Zumba fitness and much more! kids explore the different stalls and activities as an expressas an expression of love and grace

Our impact on the community
Love Streatham' is all about showing a practical expression of God's care for the community. We do this because we love Streatham and our projects and events especially the free, fun-filled family fun day which encourages family integration and confidence building. We gave away over 500 slices of cake, 1,850 burgers and sausages. We help elderly, disabled people with gardening needs and support those on the fringes of society. Our work engages with, impacts and benefits up to 3,000 people/year.
