Mae and Mitchell provides high quality, bespoke and wrap-around daily support for adults with mental health diagnoses, learning disabilities and autism. These are vulnerable adults who have fallen through the net of the support system, and instead revolve in and out of the community due to services being unable to cope with their complex behaviour and giving up on them. We aim to have these individuals discharged from the hospitals in which they currently reside and move them into their own homes in the wider community with our support. As a bespoke support provider, we want to build a truly bespoke support package around each person by putting the person at the heart of their own decisions and life, which also helps to recruit a staff team around them that suits them.
