Provide a unique day-care service and respite provision for adults with severe and complex needs
We provide a specialist centre for adults with complex needs and disabilities including moderate and severe learning difficulties, profound and multiple learning difficulties, ASD, sensory impairment and physical disabilities.
Why the community needs usThis is the only centre in Calderdale specifically designed to meet the needs of young people with severe and complex needs. Their alternatives are staying at home all day or attending centres designed for much older people.
Our impact on the communityWe have already become the 'destination of choice' for many young people when leaving their special school, we are continually developing our facilities to accommodate the ever increasing demand for our service.
Volunteers are always welcome to assist with cooking, cleaning, decorating, activities and supporting.
