Rockin' Road Runner gives our clubbers the experience of a night club with live music or a concert environment. They are safe and protected. They are also always involved in the planning and organising of these events. Our dream is to continue with this work, also enlarging their experiences by enabling them to take part in local activities such as Northampton Carnival and Festivals held at Abington Park.
Why the community needs usWe help to provide a unique night club experience for disabled people, young and old its an evening of music, dancing, socialising and fun. They enjoy the experience of seeing live bands which is normally an out of reach opportunity for them.
Our impact on the communityThis offers a night they remember and the excitement of looking forward to the next one, this is extremely important means to socialise for them. The club is the chance to meet up with friends that they perhaps only see on the club nights. Long standing friendships are established and fun experiences are shared.
