To build a greenway linking the communities of Sowerby Bridge, Ripponden and Rishworth
Our project entails building an assessible greenway that links the communities of Sowerby Bridge, Ripponden and Rishworth. It will give people an option to travel on foot or cycle to reach other parts of Calderdale and existing public transport infrastructure. Along with the health benefits of this project we see it bringing ecomonic benefits to the communities it links and preserves some of Calderdale's finest Victorian railway architecture.
