Our vision is to ensure that within our community older people, people with chronic conditions, disabled people and people with mental health problems have the best possible quality of life and the equality of independent living.

Our impact on the communityOlder and frail people in our local area are helped to join in with village activities and be part of the community. This counteracts lonliness and isolation. People are helped and encouraged to stay in their own homes. Carers can have some respite time.
