SWALLOW supports local teenagers and adults with learning disabilities to live life to the full

SWALLOW is a user-led charity based in Bath & North East Somerset, supporting teenagers and adults with learning disabilities. We help people with learning disabilities to life the lives that they choose through independent living skills training, supported housing, outreach support, day activities, work skills skills training and health and social activities.

Why the community needs us
SWALLOW makes a real difference to the lives of vulnerable local people, allowing them to live the lives that they choose. We support our members to take an active role in the community, develop skills and build a network of friendships to reduce social isolation. We empower our members by developing services with them and listening to what they want.
The work that SWALLOW does makes a huge impact on the lives of our members and their families. We build confidence and skills and with our help our members become active, thriving members of the community.
