We deliver face to face services from our office, at outreach locations in Bristol and South Gloucestershire, or on home visits. Telephone and email advice is available to anyone living in England. A typical client is on a very low income, where the choice between 'eating or heating' is a genuine one for many. Financial, social and digital exclusion are also common problems. Our impact on the community
