Theatr Gwaun is a community owned and run independent Cinema and Theatre with a bar and café.
Theatr Gwaun aims to facilitate and stimulate all art forms, particularly performance art, including drama, theatre, music, dance and film, for the benefit of the inhabitants of Fishguard, Pembrokeshire and the surrounding area
Why the community needs usTheatr Gwaun is a vital asset to our small town. In addition to providing entertainment to locals and visitors, the theatre also acts as a social hub for a variety of community groups. We work closely with local schools to bring cinema and theatre experience to the children. We have local drama and musical groups who perform regularly through-out the year. We host charity events and live music events for the various Fishguard music festivals.
