Triple H Trust provides a programme of respite holidays for children aged 7 to 12 years living in urban areas of high deprivation who experience multiple challenges in their lives. We offer emotional support, access to confidential advice and a breathing space from difficult home and social situations through the medium of family style holidays run by dedicated, qualified child care professionals, providing a secure environment within which we can help the children address individual problems.
Why the community needs usWe provide a safety net for children during holiday periods. With a high staff:child ratio we are able to encourage team development and cooperation as well as offering coaching to meet specific needs identified in consultation with partner schools. We provide a haven where each child can flourish and feel safe and secure.
Our impact on the communityOur work is informed by a traditional child centred family approach - children are able to act their age and be free to play and exist in a healthy environment. With focused support on the development of underlying social and emotional capabilities the children's self belief and confidence of success in social and educational areas is vastly improved - they develop good habits, learn to understand the importance of boundaries and build their self esteem.
