Valleys Steps run free Mindfulness and Wellbeing courses and workshops in the community that teach ways of improving your wellbeing, and managing stress, anxiety and low mood. We usually deliver these courses in community venues across Rhondda Cynon Taf, Merthyr Tydfil and Bridegend, however due to Covid-19, the sessions are currently running online via Zoom. Our courses are purely educational, there is no group discussion and you will not be asked to speak or to share your story with the group.
