About 1-hour EMOM SIT-UPS CHALLENGE
No one should be living in fear!!! MK ACT is a charity in Milton Keynes which works with over 100 families every day to help them move on from fear and abuse. They have been providing safe emergency accommodation in Milton Keynes for people and their children escaping domestic violence for over 45 years. To raise money for this great cause I will be doing a 1-hour EMOM (Every minute on the minute) challenge. She will be doing 20 sit-ups EMOM. That’s 1200 sit-ups in an hour! The event will be hosted on the 10th of December at 10 am at Woughton Leisure Centre.
