My name is Mike Spencer and in June 2020 I intend to take part in the TransAm Bike Race, this is an unsupported race across America that covers 4300 miles (6920 Km). In preparation to this I will be training hard throughout 2019 and undertaking a series of challenges to extend my fitness and endurance, these will include a series of time trails and Lands End to John "o" Groats and The Transatlantic Way Race
Im doing these challenges to raise awareness & funds for two charities that deal with mental health issues. Harmless is an award winning charity based in Nottingham, Mind is a national charity that helps people suffering with mental health issues UK wide.
