ROF 2023, THE PAIN IN THE BUTTOCKS RETURNS
Round 2 of the Ring of Fire. This year we are going closer to home..... Norfolk, (luckily quite flat). I'll be dusting off my lycra and cleats and getting these pale skinny legs spinning to raise money for 3 different charities this time.
