What we will be doing, Cycling 250 miles around Norfolk over 3 days with a great team of troops from MKRUFC to raise some much needed funds for these 3 great causes.
Day 1 - 50 miler Skeyton to Cley and back
Day 2 - 100 miler Norfolk Rugby Clubs loop 3
Day 3 - 100 miler will be the East Norfolk trundle.
The ROF event is in support of three causes :
