Boss It Ultra Gower in Aid of Paul Popham Fund I will be completing a 50k Ultra Marathon along the Gower Coastline in aid of the Paul Popham Fund, Renal Support Wales on 4th September 2021. I am a member of the Paul Popham Running Club and I have taken part in races of varying distances (from 10k to a marathon). However this will be the great challenge and a test of my mental strength and endurance. During COVID 19 I have continued to train for a variety of challenges and the support of the Paul Popham Running Club has helped me to achieve my goals. With this in mind, I will be raising money for Paul Popham Fund, Renal Support Wales, a charity which is very close to my heart and provides all kidney patients a better quality of life and helps them believe in themselves
