KEEN London is the only charity in London providing one-to-one support at free sports and activity sessions for children with additional needs or disabilities.
It is the charity I have loved, and had the privilege to be so involved in over the last 3 years. It is a wonderful community of volunteer coaches, athletes and their families who I have been fortunate to get to know so well.
On 19th May I will be taking part in Run Hackney! Some fool has decided a group of us should run carrying the KEEN parachute the entire way!! It is the fourth year in a row I have run for KEEN in fancy dress, and I have no doubt it will be another brilliant team challenge.
