About
This September I am tackling my first open water swimming event. Although the stroke will always be there from my competitive days, the fitness certainly isn't. Therefore I have been training hard in the pool and sea for this event and would love it if my friends and family can get behind me. I am raising money for the very worthwhile and local charity, Clarity.
This amazing charity spend their time helping locals in North Devon with mental health issues, providing counselling placements, therapeutic counselling groups and help to bring awareness to mental health in the local area. I feel this is something that effects us all at some point in our lives, either directly or a loved one.
