About
A team of passionate supporters of FAST London are taking on the London Triathlon Sprint. The Triathlon Sprint team will endure:
- SWIM: A challenging 750 m swim in the London Royal Docks
- BIKE: The 20km bike course is (2 laps) in the area surrounding the Excel Centre
- RUN: 2 laps for a 5km run in the area surrounding the Excel Centre
The team consists of:
- Adam (a young person at FAST)
- Dave (Chair of Trustee)
- Joel (Supporter)
- Kafui (CEO)
- Lizzie (Volunteer)
- Nicole (Supporter)
- Ramsay (Local resident)
- Reinhard (Local resident)
- Sarah (Local resident)
- Steven (Volunteer)With grant funding becoming more difficult to secure, this increased demand has placed strain on our services and limited the number of people we can host, coach and mentor each week.
