After way too much wine at dinner I was talked into joining a 250 mile bike ride to raise money for Willen Hospice and to support a junior rugby player from MKRUFC in his fight with MND.
The last time I rode a bike any distance was to get a loaf of bread from ASDA when my local Co-Op was closed, this will be a tough ride for me, any donations big or small are greatly appreciated.
