In support of Mitch and his efforts towards the causes of MKRUFC, Motor Neurone Disease and Willen Hospice, I have signed up for the Ring of Fire 2023 to cycle 250 miles. A fast HIT training programme is no doubt going to get me into shape for this endeavour. Any support is vastly appreciated 🙏🙌.
