The challenge is to complete 12 swims in the great outdoors between 1st November and 28th February, with at least one each month, so no avoiding the coldest days!
Frome Birth Talk is a fantastic local charity that supports pregnant and new mums by providing a free counselling service, drop in groups and wellbeing events.
Swimming in cold water in the summer is wonderful but in the winter it is physically and mentally challenging, especially 12 times!
I would love your support, I realise this isn’t the best time to be asking for money but if you could consider sacrificing one cup of coffee out or a bottle of wine to donate the money instead, anything you can contribute will help to motivate me through this challenge and make a massive difference to local families in the Frome area.

About Frostbite Challenge 2022
From the 1st of November 2022 until the 28th of February 2022 (inclusive) you will undertake at least 12 swims in the outdoors. This can be lake. River. Sea. Unheated Outdoor Pool/ Lido. You must be fully submerged (not head) and swim a distance with which you are happy. You must complete at least one swim a month – so no doing them all in November.
