About

The Ring of Fire Cycling Challenge 2023 will be covering three short (?) loops of 50/100/100 miles over a three-day weekend in sunny Norfolk UK.

The Friday Fifty, up to the coast near Cley-next-the-Sea, along to Sheringham and back to Skeyton. Saturday 20th we embark on the Norwich 100 loop taking in the rugby clubs around Norwich and back to Skeyton. Then to top it all off we have the 'hangover' Sunday Challenge to conclude the weekend. This last challenge will take us to the East Norfolk Coast. A compact 250 miles over 2.5 days.  Overnight camping at the CC Camp grounds at the Goat Inn Skeyton, in between loops.

We are cycling to support three causes:

1. Willen Hospice Willen Hospice - End of life palliative care (willen-hospice.org.uk)
2. Ed Slater and the Gloucester Rugby 4ED campaign: Gloucester Rugby
3. MKRUFC rugby development and support:
