Welcome to Keynsham & District Mencap

Keynsham & District Mencap work to improve the lives and opportunities of children and adults with a wide range of learning disabilities. 

We offer a variety of social and leisure opportunities for children and adults.

We welcome members from BANES, Bristol and South Gloucestershire as well as some further afield and have a membership of over 150.

Members ages range from 5 – 18 years for junior clubs, and we run adult clubs for 18 years and over. The members have a broad range of needs and disabilities, including learning and physical disabilities, Autism, Down’s Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy and Attention Deficit Disorder.

We Need Your Support

Keynsham & District Mencap Society is a registered charity; we rely entirely on grants, donations and fundraising as we receive no statutory funding. Keynsham & District Mencap Society is affiliated to, but not funded by National Mencap.

So come on down and support us either by giving us a share, sparing a few pennies or coming to watch us run around in our Santa outfits!
