On the 28th April 2019 , I will be running , well attempting to run my 7th Marathon , for Express CIC chartiy who help autistic people and their families , over the past few years Xpress has helped my family in several ways and it will be an honor to pound the pavement in late April.
Finishing time 4.53.11 , all was fine and dandy up until the late teens , leg cramps from 20 made the last 6 miles a challenge but all is done and I can proudly say its another one under the belt #7

Since March 3rd Update - Have now done majority of my training - in the month of March went out 15 times recording 123 miles - completed the Brentwood Half in 2:02:32 -
