In support of motor neurone disease, Mkrufc and Willen hospice I have signed up to Ring of fire 2023! 250 miles of intense cycling 🚴♂️. If you know me well you will already know how much of a challenge this will be for me. I’m pretty unfit currently, a non-cyclist and have never really trained physically very hard for anything, ever! However, intense training is already underway and I’m committed to helping the team raise as much as possible and completing this crazy challenge! Please support me to help these great causes 🙌🏻 💙
