Great food cooked with love, skill, professionalism and delivered with kindness.
We want to thank those people in Hebden Bridge and Mytholmroyd who are keeping safe, and protecting the NHS and our keyworkers by self-isolating,
We know they will be missing the ordinary, everyday things, like enjoying a good meal with friends and relatives, so we're organising Virtual Dinner Parties, where a restaurant-standard meal is delivered to their door on the same day at the same time, along with a "Party in a Bag", and entertainment to help to set the scene. We hope they can enjoy this, knowing that there are many others out there sharing the same experience.
First to contribute are Chapter 17 in Hebden Bridge and The Shoulder of Mutton in Mytholmroyd.
The Tibetan Kitchen are also regularly providing hot meals from their mobile catering van..
And our volunteers are delivering all this within our local communities
We would love it if you were able to support us by 'paying it forwards'.
Whether you have had a meal yourself and want to show your appreciation, or if you would like to provide one for someone else.... this is the place to do so!.
