As some of you may or may not know our son Thomas has Down Syndrome. We made the big decision to move to Birmingham in June 2017. Julieanne found this local Down syndrome group. Since joining them she has made some friends for life, to share the ups & downs of having a child with downs. This group gives parents everything they need from sharing the laughter & tears or just to have a general moan. They arrange days out you so desperately need together, the coffee mornings, where you’re not judged and can be yourself, also it is a great support network being with people in a similar position to yourself. I’d like to raise money by riding the 100 mile bike ride around Birmingham & Midlands to say a big thank you for this and everything else they have offered my family now & for the future.
Good luck, enjoy😉 love from us all Ava, josh and Noah xxxxxxxx
Good luck Phil. Love Rachel, Dave, Jemima and Jude x
